From Canberra to the Illawarra

Illawarra Yard & Property Co began in Canberra in 2022, with a simple idea — take pride in the work you do and leave every property better than you found it.

Over time, what started in Canberra grew into something we wanted to continue building. After making the move to the Illawarra, we saw an opportunity to bring that same approach to a new community and establish something of our own here.

The business has grown and evolved along the way, but the reason we started it has stayed the same. We wanted to build a business based on good work, genuine relationships and a reputation that speaks for itself. We're still a growing local business, and that's something we're proud of. Every property we work on, every customer we meet and every job we complete is part of building something we're committed to for the long term.
